FINALLY tried mochi. It has a really amazing texture…crispy on the outside, chewy and tender inside. Drizzled with maple syup and served with apple slices. Such a great breakfast and smells like waffles!!
Tofu scrambles and stir fries are a common mean in my life so I kind of mixed the two together. Tofu, broccoli, peas and carrots, mushrooms, black pepper, garlic and nutritional yeast. So good.
